Sifaat is the Middle East trading brand of Zulekha Welcome Textiles — a Pakistani textile manufacturer with twenty-five years of export behind it.
Who Sifaat Is
In the Gulf, Sifaat operates as a dedicated buying and sourcing house. For decades, Gulf buyers faced an unwelcome compromise: order directly from overseas mills and shoulder months of shipping latency, financing risks, and minimum container commitments, or buy from local middlemen at steep markups with zero technical control over the weaving floor.
Sifaat eliminates that compromise. We combine the manufacturing muscle of a Pakistani textile mill with the convenience, speed, and local invoicing of a Saudi supplier.
Zulekha Welcome Textiles
Our parent company, Zulekha Welcome Textiles, has been manufacturing and exporting textiles from Pakistan for approximately 25 years. With around one hundred looms under our own roof and in-house dyeing, printing, and processing, we control yarn-to-finished-cloth production without third-party friction.
The Sourcing Architecture
No single textile mill in the world can excel at every weave, blend, and price tier. To give Gulf buyers unmatched commercial breadth, Sifaat supplies from:

Sifaat is not an offshore broker. We conduct commercial business through our own licensed company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, hold continuous ready inventory in our central Jeddah warehouse, and maintain regional registration in the United Arab Emirates.
